Ingredients


100gr roasted hazelnuts without skin
50ml of olive or coconut oil
100ml skim milk
50gr of cocoa powder without sugar (preferably a cup)
1 level scoop of stevia / 2 spoonful of sucralose
1 teaspoon vanilla extract coffee

Steps to follow:


Crush the roasted and peeled hazelnuts in the chopper at maximum power. Until a paste is created that will be increasingly creamy. About 3 minutes biting we will have that cream.

We put the hazelnut cream together with the rest of the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. If we put it in hot the ingredients will mix better. Stir until we get the cream has thickened a little, keeping the heat medium-low.


We serve the cream in glass jars, let it cool for about 10 minutes, and then store it in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Ready!
