Ingredients
8 Cups Water
1 Cup Long Rice
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Unit Lemon Peel
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 Unit Evaporated Milk 318g
2 large tablespoons Butter
3 large tablespoons Raisins (optional)
1 Can Condensed Milk.
How To Cook it?
Step 1
1. Soak the rice in the water and let it sit for an hour. After time, put it on the fire with all the water, salt, cinnamon and lemon peel. Cook until the rice is soft and the liquid dries up.
Step 2
2. Add the nutmeg, Evaporated Milk, butter, raisins, Condensed Milk. Continue cooking for 10 minutes or until desired consistency. Remove from heat and serve hot or at room temperature.
